Atamai Village 10 Lot Subdivision

Geo-Logic Ltd undertook a geotechnical investigation of the feasibility and site suitability of the proposed Atamai Village 10 Lot Subdivision.  Situated in gently rolling hills of the Motueka Valley west of Motueka, Nelson.  The proposed building sites command sweeping views to the south into Motueka Valley and across to the Mount Arthur Range.

We undertook review of geotechnical reports and maps, review of stereo-paired aerial photography, reconnaissance engineering geological walkovers, test pitting with a track-mounted digger and portable testing confirming the geotechnical suitability of the sites.
